History and tradition

We are located just 1km from the center of Cividale, an ancient town of Roman and Lombard origin, home to the Tempietto, an artistic treasure that, together with the archaeological museum and the Duomo, has led to the recognition of a Unesco Heritage City, the ideal setting for one of the most prestigious Mitteleuropean festivals of prose, music and dance, the Mittelfest. Given the ideal location of the farmhouse, located halfway between seas and mountains, moving by car you can easily reach, to the south, the beaches of Lignano Sabbiadoro, Grado, Trieste and, to the north, the verdant mountains of the Prealps and the Julian Alps, to spend alternative days in the open air. A few kilometers from Cividale, located on a hill about 600 meters in altitude, is the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine di Castelmonte, the oldest in Friuli. Also noteworthy are the places of archaeological, historical and artistic interest scattered throughout the territory.

In Piazza Duomo, there is the tourist office of Cividale, at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. and from 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. while on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.

Safari dei rapaci Park

A theme park, where you can spend a few hours of relaxation, discovering the art of falconry and the wonders that the birds of prey, winged acrobats, reserved.

Frasca "Bolla in Roccolo"

A small suggestive "frasca", a frond, among the chirping of birds, immersed in the greenery of a typical "bressana", a work of arboreal engineering, which in the past was used to capture migratory birds, offers a corner of silence and intimacy where you can sip the "Bona Bolla", locally produced sparkling wine.
